  • The PropertyPixel MCP server at https://mcp.propertypixel.app, for ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients, with interactive widgets.
  • The REST API at https://api.propertypixel.app/v1, with an OpenAPI 3.1 document.
  • OAuth for apps, and personal API keys bound to one workspace with view-only or view-and-edit access.
  • Projects, photos (URL, ChatGPT files, upload links, signed uploads), enhancement, virtual staging, recommendations, Photo to Video, picks and downloads.
  • Quote-then-confirm spending, idempotency keys, rate limits, and signed webhooks.

Create a quote POST

Price a spending request without running it. Pass the returned id as quote_id to the operation within 10 minutes. Requires a connection with edit access.
